Founded in 2007, TIP was purchased by Julie Starkey in 2022. Julie has twenty years of experience as a federal contractor and independent consultant in operations, capture, and proposals, a perfect blend of experience that gives her insight into a wide range of business functions. Her operational experience includes program management of IT professionals on federal contracts. Her capture and proposal experience ranges from care and feeding of customer relationships, to leading the solutioning and development of compelling and compliant multi-million dollar winning bids for federal and commercial contractors working across a range of government agencies and private sector industries. Julie joined TIP in 2012 as a principal analyst and grew her role to Customer Facing Executive prior to acquiring the company. She is excited to grow and continue the TIP passion for enhancing performance and strengthening relationships between dependent entities.
